Are you ready to lead the UK operations of a global smart building technology innovator? My client, a market leader in intelligent automation solutions, is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Country Manager to accelerate growth and expand market presence across the UK.

Their technology is trusted across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, and designed to create smarter, more efficient environments.
The Role
As Country Manager, you will take full ownership of the UK business strategy—leading sales, marketing, and operations while building and managing a high-performing team. Reporting to the European leadership, you'll drive revenue, expand market share, and establish long-term partnerships in a rapidly growing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale UK operations.
- Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy
- Build strong relationships with system integrators, installers, and end users
- Hire, mentor, and manage a cross-functional local team (sales, support, marketing)
- Identify new verticals and growth opportunities in smart home and commercial automation
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and key customer engagements
Candidate Profile
- Experience Running and motivating a Team
- Strong background in building automation, BMS, IoT, or related technology fields
- Proven success growing sales and brand presence in a technical market
