While working as a Junior Programmer, we will release your second batch of training which is specifically designed to qualify you to move into the programming field. Programmer Role Once you have completed all the mandatory training in step four and have gained two plus years experience in the coding industry, you will be ready to move into higher paying programming roles. Our recruitment support team specialises in the Web and programming space and roles at this level have an average starting salary of £45K.
