Trainee Coding Programme – No Experience Needed

The ITOL Recruit Coding Job Programme is designed to help you move into a high-demand coding role, even if you have no prior experience. Train online at your own pace and land your coding role in 1-3 months. Please note this is a training course and fees apply. Step 1 - HTML and CSS Online Training (12 weeks)
- HTML Essentials (6 weeks)
- CSS Essentials (6 weeks)
The training is delivered via multimedia rich video tutorials, presentations and quizzes through a portal that you study online from anywhere you choose. You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor to help you throughout your training. Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, you will be ready to move forward.
Step 2 - Online Training (12 weeks)
- Learn the Command Line (1.5 weeks)
- Learn Git & GitHub (1.5 weeks)
- Learn JavaScript (1.5 weeks)
- Learn Python 3 (1.5 weeks)
JavaScript forms the foundation of almost everything you see on the Internet, so it will be essential! Python is highly versatile. You can use it for both small and complex tasks, and it is used across many different industries.
Step 3 - Build a Portfolio Website Project (1 week)

Step 4 - Junior Programmer placement (£25K - £40k)
We work with you to secure your first role as a Junior Programmer, with a starting salary of anywhere between £25K - £40k. While working as a Junior Programmer, we will release your second batch of training which is specifically designed to qualify you to move into the programming field.
Programmer Role
Once you have completed all the mandatory training in step four and have gained two plus years experience in the coding industry, you will be ready to move into higher paying programming roles. Our recruitment support team specialises in the Web and programming space and roles at this level have an average starting salary of £45K.
