ITN Productions is an award-winning content creator, celebrated for its bold journalism, creative storytelling, and innovative digital output. As we expand our digital division, we are looking for a talented and versatile Editor/Graphic Designer to help set the creative standard for our digital content. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that blends editorial flair with technical expertise. You’ll play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our content across YouTube and social media, ensuring everything we publish is not only of the highest quality but also optimised for audience engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality digital content, including editing video and designing graphics for a range of platforms
- Collaborate with producers and the wider post-production team to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery
- Advise on and contribute to the production of in-house material and original shoots
- Create visually compelling assets that enhance storytelling and amplify the impact of our digital output
- Work across ITNP teams to maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visual style
- Support the development of content that drives audience growth, using data and platform insights to inform creative decisions
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating eye-catching digital content through editing and graphic design
- Ability to create templated graphics
- Excellent at sharing knowledge of edit and graphic skills and technology
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital publishing workflows and an understanding of what makes content perform online
- Calm, solutions-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment
