ITM Power in Sheffield is seeking a Principal Engineer of Coating Technologies to lead the development, industrialisation and optimisation of coating processes across manufacturing. You will guide cleaning, surface prep, coating application and post-treatment, ensuring robust, repeatable and scalable processes that meet production needs.

This role requires close collaboration with R&D, QA, Production and external suppliers, leading new coating technologies from development through to production.
