ITM Power is hiring a 1st-2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our IT Team in Sheffield. You will provide day-to-day IT support across manufacturing and office locations in Sheffield and Europe, working with internal IT colleagues and external MSPs.
Responsibilities include handling the service desk, resolving issues with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, printers, and devices, and supporting Active Directory/Entra ID and networking. On-site and remote support across sites is involved.
