Our client operates a stunning flagship venue on the outskirts of Cheltenham and is now looking to appoint a talented Deputy Manager or Deputy General Manager to join the team.
Package:
- Basic salary: £37,000
- Tronc: circa £5,000

This is a high-volume, premium gastro pub with beautifully appointed bedrooms, alongside a thriving weddings and events business. As one of the company’s flagship sites, this role offers a fantastic platform to make your mark as the number two to the General Manager.
We’re looking for a strong Deputy from a gastro pub with rooms background, ideally with exposure to weddings and events. You’ll come from a quality, fresh food environment where delivering exceptional service is the standard.
While not a branded business, the group operates around 15 sites with clear values, strong systems, and support in place while still allowing plenty of autonomy. This is a great opportunity to influence, drive standards, and bring your own ideas to the table.
