We’re looking for a Sales & Account Team Leader to help us grow our Manchester business sustainably and build real momentum in the city. This is a commercially focused, hands-on role where you’ll develop standout partnerships with the best local hospitality, leisure and experience-led businesses, while supporting others to deliver high performance.

You’ll be part of our City (Sales) Team, with responsibility for growing your own pipeline, developing key accounts and contributing to day-to-day people management as the team grows. This is an exciting opportunity to use your network to build the right relationships, help grow the business, and see the impact of your work quickly.

Our City Team drives double-digit growth by sourcing and negotiating an incredible range of experiences - from hotel breaks to Michelin-starred dining and the best new spas. In this role you’ll:

  • Win new partners across Manchester & the North West
  • Build a strong, consistent pipeline and keep momentum rolling
  • Grow existing accounts with smart commercial ideas and long-term thinking
  • Support and coach other team members day-to-day as the team grows (with oversight from a Senior Manager)

You’ll thrive if you’re target-driven, relationship-led, quick on your feet and resilient - someone who can handle pace, pressure and negotiation, while staying organised. Based in our Manchester city centre office, with regular time out meeting businesses, and some visits to our Glasgow HQ. You’ll need a driving licence and your own transport.

What’s the role?

  • Source, pitch and secure standout local partners
  • Build brilliant relationships with key decision-makers
  • Spot and develop growth opportunities in existing accounts
  • Use research + local knowledge to identify the best operators
  • Combine planned meetings with smart drop-ins to maximise time
  • Coach and support others to deliver strong performance
  • Hit targets across multiple KPIs and commercial metrics

About you

  • Proven sales/business development track record (or strong transferable commercial experience)
  • Experience of people management, or clear responsibility for coaching/leading others
  • Confident negotiator and skilled objection handler
  • Highly connected across Manchester/North West with strong industry relationships
  • Organised, diligent, and great at managing time and follow-through
  • Strong hospitality/leisure commercial understanding (margins, profitability, what makes partnerships work)

Salary & Benefits

Salary - £35k - £45k plus commission and benefits including private healthcare, annual company bonus (dependent on performance), itison discounts and more.
