We are looking for a Senior Creative to drive hero creative that shapes our brand and inspires people to take action. This is a hands‑on creative leadership role where you will lead a small team of creators, work across all channels and develop big, bold ideas for our events, itison‑owned venues, and core deals platform. You will work alongside the CEO in his capacity as creative director and report into the Head of Marketing, helping to bring high‑level concepts to life and develop the storytelling and creative direction that influences millions of consumers and thousands of businesses. This is an exciting role to think big and make it happen. Based full‑time in our Glasgow city centre HQ, on a salary of £40k - £50k, plus a range of fantastic benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Creative Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a small team of fellow creators and designers, creating a people‑first collaborative environment to deliver well‑planned, well‑executed campaigns. Develop the hero ideas that drive our biggest campaigns across events, venues and the core deals business, building worlds, researching concepts and events, and shaping narratives that elevate our brand.
- Hands‑On Creative Craft: Be actively involved in shooting, editing, storyboarding and shaping content alongside our senior videographer and content team while guiding creative specialists and upholding high creative standards at pace.
- Social First Creative: Generate social‑first ideas that connect quickly and resonate with a broad audience, developing scripts, formats and short‑form concepts that work across multiple social platforms with originality beyond trends.
- Direct the vision & storytelling: Confidently direct and collaborate with designers across web, video and print to ensure the creative vision is brought to life for each campaign.
- Events, Venues and Experiences: Develop compelling creative for GlasGLOW, Elfingrove, Drive‑In Movies and future major event launches, shaping venue storytelling and campaigns that build excitement and connection.
- Planning, Delivery and Quality: Turn ideas into clear briefs, timelines and actionable plans, managing multiple creative streams with focus and calm while delivering at pace without compromising on creativity or quality.
- AI and Creative Innovation guidance: Use AI tools to support ideation, exploration, storyboarding and content development, embracing tools that increase speed and reduce friction while enhancing originality rather than replacing craft.
About You
- You are a passionate, creative leader who can originate ideas, bring them to life and confidently direct the vision.
- Experience leading creative individuals or small creative teams.
- A strong portfolio with hero ideas, campaigns and social‑first work.
- Hands‑on skills in content creation including shooting and editing.
- Strong storytelling instincts and cultural awareness.
