Our Major Events team delivers some of Scotland’s most exciting live experiences, welcoming hundreds of thousands of guests every year.
We are looking for an Events Production Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of these events. You will work closely with the Head of Events, Event Managers and production teams to help ensure events are organised, coordinated and ready for live delivery. You will join a small but highly ambitious and innovative events team where collaboration, creativity and a hands‑on approach are essential to bringing large‑scale experiences to life. The role will be based full time in our world class Glasgow HQ outside live event periods, with significant on‑site time during build, live and de‑rig phases.
What You’ll Do
- Support Event Managers and production teams with event planning and coordination
- Assist with operational documentation including schedules and supplier information
- Coordinate technical suppliers and contractors
- Support event build, live event periods and de‑rig
- Maintain records of event equipment and assets
- Coordinate equipment booking, transport and storage
- Assist with supplier bookings such as security, first aid and radio systems
- Provide administrative support including purchase orders and supplier documentation
- Support post-event reporting and operational reviews

The Interview Process
If we progress your application, there are three stages to our interview process:
- An initial interview to get to know you and find out more about your experience.
- A second interview with practical tasks, a more in‑depth interview and opportunity to see the work environments.
- An opportunity to meet some of the team.
All interviews will be in person at our Glasgow HQ just off George Square.
