We are looking for a Senior Digital Creative to drive hero creative that shapes our brand and inspires people to take action. This is a hands-on creative leadership role where you will lead a small team of creators, work across all channels and develop big, bold ideas for our events, venues and core deals platform. You will work alongside the CEO in his capacity as creative director and report into the Head of Marketing, helping to bring high-level concepts to life and develop the storytelling and creative direction that influences millions of consumers and thousands of businesses. What You’ll Do
- Creative Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a small team of fellow creators and designers. Create a people-first collaborative environment where strong ideas are allowed to flourish. Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager & Social Media Manager to ensure ideas are translated into well-planned, well-executed campaigns.
- Hero Creative Development & Research: Develop the hero ideas that drive our biggest campaigns across events, venues and the core deals business. Build worlds, research concepts and events and shape narratives that elevate our brand. Work alongside the creative director and team to launch creative that drives results from major event sales to launching new cities.
- Hands-On Creative Craft: Be actively involved in shooting, editing, storyboarding and shaping content alongside our senior videographer and content team. Guide creative specialists with clear direction while contributing work yourself. Maintain high creative standards while delivering at pace both in head office and on site at our major events and venues.
- Social First Creative: Generate social-first ideas that connect quickly and resonate with a broad audience. Develop scripts, formats and short-form concepts that work across multiple social platforms. Understand cultural shifts and trends while bringing originality that goes beyond them. Work alongside our Social Media Manager to schedule campaigns and hero creative.
- Direct the Vision & Storytelling: Confidently direct and collaborate with designers across web, video and print to ensure the creative vision is brought to life for each campaign.
- Events, Venues and Experiences: Develop compelling creative for GlasGLOW, Elfingrove, Drive-In Movies and future major event launches. Shape venue storytelling and campaigns that build excitement and connection.
- Planning, Delivery and Quality: Turn ideas into clear briefs, timelines and actionable plans for the team. Manage multiple creative streams with focus, calm and structure. Deliver at pace without compromising on creativity or quality.
- AI and Creative Innovation Guidance: Use AI tools to support ideation, exploration, storyboarding and content development. Embrace tools that increase speed and reduce friction in the creative process. Apply AI in ways that enhance originality rather than replace craft.
About You
You are a passionate creative leader who can originate ideas, bring them to life and confidently direct the vision. Experience leading creative individuals or small creative teams. A strong portfolio with hero ideas, campaigns and social-first work. Hands-on skills in content creation including shooting and editing. Strong storytelling instincts and cultural awareness. Ability to work collaboratively and shape ideas with senior stakeholders. A passion for experiences and storytelling.
We’re looking for a hands-on creative leader who has originated and delivered hero ideas across digital, social and campaign environments, ideally within a fast-paced consumer brand, creative studio or content led agency. You’ll likely come from a background in content creation and development, storytelling, shooting and editing, and leading small creative teams to produce standout work at pace. Experience shaping worlds for events, venues or experiential campaigns, and a strong instinct for social first creative, is ideal.

The Interview Process
If we progress your application, there are three stages to our interview process: An initial interview to get to know you and find out more about your experience. A second interview to dig into your experience further, along with some tasks related to the role and opportunity to see the work environment. An opportunity to meet the team. Interviews will start from w/c 12th January 2026 onwards, and all interviews will be in person at our Glasgow HQ just off George Square.
