The experience starts with us. itison is one of Scotland’s most influential consumer brands — a market-leading deals platform, a portfolio of high-profile venues, and the team behind some of the country’s biggest live events, including GlasGLOW and Elfingrove. We believe life is about the experience. That belief shapes everything we do, and it starts the moment someone walks through the door of itison House - our Glasgow HQ. It’s one of the most talked-about offices in the city: stunning design, an in-house gym, yoga studio, a bar, and a team that brings serious energy. We’re looking for someone exceptional to run it.

The role is Office Manager and PA to the CEO, rolled into one. You’ll keep itison House running and the CEO ahead of the day, working across all three sides of the business – venues, events and our core deals platform. You’ll work directly alongside our founder and CEO at the heart of one of Scotland’s most recognised consumer brands – close to the strategy, the events and the decisions that shape the business. This is a hands‑on, visible, central seat. You’ll be the calm in the middle of a fast-moving business: solving problems before they land, raising the standard everywhere you go, and making the experience of being at itison genuinely brilliant. If you like being in the middle of things, making people’s lives easier and keeping a beautiful building beautiful, you’ll love it.

What you’ll do:

  • Run itison House: Take full ownership of one of Glasgow’s most loved offices. Daily walk‑rounds, presentation, supplies, suppliers, contractors, refurbishments, supporting health & safety compliance, fire warden duties – the lot. If a light’s out or a delivery’s late, you’re on it. If everything’s working, it’s because of you.
  • Be a brilliant PA to the CEO: Own the diary. Protect focus time. Brief ahead of meetings. Handle travel, accommodation, agendas, sign‑offs and the day‑to‑day flow. You’re the trusted gatekeeper, the calm voice on the phone, and the one who’s always a step ahead.
  • Make the experience feel like itison: First impressions for visitors. Coffee, catering, set‑ups for boardrooms, socials and team moments. You’ll work closely with the People team and our suppliers to make every day at itison House something people genuinely look forward to.
  • Support the wider business: Pitch in across marketing, events and company‑wide moments. Bring structure to the chaos. Keep things moving.

The energy we’re after:

  • Organised to the bone. You make order out of mess for fun.
  • Mature, warm, professional. You set a standard just by walking in.
  • Calm under pressure. Quick on your feet, discreet always.
  • A natural problem‑solver. You fix it before it becomes a thing.
  • Proud of the place. You treat itison House like it’s yours – because it is.
  • A people person who loves logistics. Cleared inbox, clean desk, sorted day – that’s the win.

This role is ideal for someone with solid PA, EA or office management experience behind them – the maturity, judgement and steady professionalism that comes from doing this brilliantly before.

Why itison:

  • A central seat in a fast‑moving, ambitious business with three exciting worlds to work across.
  • An office most of Glasgow would love to work in – in‑house gym, yoga studio, a bar, and design that turns heads.
  • A front‑row seat working directly with our founder and CEO across strategy, growth and the day‑to‑day decisions of a leading UK consumer brand.
  • A culture where standards are high and the support is too.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary ÂŁ27k – ÂŁ35k depending on experience
  • Annual company bonus (dependent on performance)
  • Private Health Care
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Salary exchange smart pension scheme
  • 15% itison discount and 50% discount at all itison owned venues
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity
  • Learning grant
  • Lunchtime Pilates classes
  • Holiday‑buy scheme
  • Birthday day off
  • Home & Tech discount scheme
  • Paid company socials
  • Free tickets to our major events (Drive‑In Movies, GlasGLOW, and more to come)
  • Charity day – paid time off to volunteer for a charity of your choice
  • Fantastic work environment with an unending fruit bowl, cereal bar and full bar set‑up in the office for Friday Prosecco, or a healthy drink if preferred.

Interview process:

  • Two stages. First, an introductory conversation about you, your experience and a look around itison House.
  • Second, a more in‑depth interview with a couple of practical tasks.

In short, bright, organised, warm, hands‑on. You run the building, run the diary, raise the standard. The experience starts with you.
