About the Role
At itison venues, our main mission is to bring great experiences to all of our customers and we are looking for people who are just as passionate about doing this as we are! You’ll support the GM & AGM to lead the team to deliver the best service possible to our customers on the bar, the floor and at all of our incredible events! As Duty Manager, you will assist the Management Team in running the day-to-day operations of the venue including opening/closing procedures & working with the kitchen to ensure the smooth running of service. You’ll be led by an experienced management team alongside a team of passionate and confident individuals, made up of team members on the floor & behind the bar.

A magical garden (voted the UK's best!), a fully heated indoor and outdoor restaurant, a beautifully converted stables bar, and fantastic outside patio and hill. Brel is one of the city's most beautiful venues located in the West End's Ashton Lane. With a year-round event programme, a famed food and drink line up of moules frites & fondues, Belgian beers and Scottish gin's, fire pits and Ashton Lane festivals, Brel's offering is loved by locals and tourists.
About You
If you are looking for variety and love being busy – you’re in the right place! We are looking for people who have a genuine passion for food & drink and giving the best service to our customers. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year supervisory/duty manager experience in a similar high volume, fast paced venue! There is lots going on at Brel, therefore we need someone who has excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise well. You will have a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
