itison is one of Scotland's most influential consumer brands, reaching millions through a market-leading platform, a portfolio of iconic venues, and some of the biggest live events in the country — including GlasGLOW, Elfingrove and Drive-in Movies. We create moments people genuinely remember and share. Our mission is simple: life is about the experience, and we're here to help people live it better. We're committed to being unique, bold and the best at what we do.

We're looking for a highly creative, social-first Digital Content Creator to tell the stories behind it all — from major live events and iconic venues to the everyday moments that connect with audiences at scale. This is about more than filling feeds. It's storytelling. You'll be part of the team creating iconic moments and bringing big ideas to life IRL — capturing the energy, emotion and experience behind everything we do both behind and in front of the camera. Working closely with the Senior Creative Lead and Senior Producer, you'll take ideas from concept to execution across organic and paid social. Fast-paced, hands-on, and based full time in our Glasgow HQ.

What You’ll Do

  • Creative Development
    • Translate marketing briefs into compelling social-first storytelling.
    • Build concepts rooted in real human moments — reactions, experiences, interactions — with a strong instinct for what resonates on social.
    • Contribute ideas across campaigns, activations and events designed to drive engagement and sharing.
    • Design every idea with capture and distribution in mind across TikTok, Instagram and beyond.
    • Continuously raise creative standards and bring fresh thinking to how we present our brand.
  • Content Production & Execution
    • Plan, shoot and edit content across venues, owning content planning, output and overall performance.
    • Direct shoots confidently both behind and lead as one of the faces of itison across organic social content in front of the camera.
    • Capture authentic reactions with a strong instinct for what resonates.
    • Create for both organic and paid, knowing how each one bends the craft.
    • Maintain production standards that feel native to each platform.
    • Work with the Senior Creative Lead to develop content that delivers against both creative and commercial goals.
  • Venues Social Ownership
    • Build venues content calendars aligned with key events, launches and seasonal activity.
    • Be present in venues and at events to capture hero content as it happens.
    • Create content that reflects the energy and personality of each venue while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
    • Build engaged communities, not vanity metrics.
  • Trends & Team
    • Stay ahead of platform shifts and emerging formats; test and learn continuously.
    • Collaborate across marketing, events and venues and play an active role in maintaining a positive and creative team environment.

About You

You are a confident, creative storyteller who thrives on bringing big ideas to life and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. You understand how to turn real experiences into compelling content that audiences connect with emotionally and socially. You’ll have:

  • Strong instincts for capturing authentic human moments.
  • Experience creating content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
  • Ability to develop ideas as well as execute them.
  • Understanding of both organic and paid social content.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, originality and impact.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Proactive and adaptable.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious creator looking to develop their craft within a fast-paced creative team producing standout work at scale. You’ll likely come from a background in content creation and development, storytelling, shooting and editing. Experience shaping worlds for events, venues or experiential campaigns, and a strong instinct for social first creative, is ideal.
