As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a key point of contact for our customers and sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll handle sales support tasks, order processing, and general administration, all while delivering outstanding service with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate team members.
- Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices using our ERP system.
- Send order and delivery tracking details to customers
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to track and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role (IT industry preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
