We’re looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role, with regular collaboration days based from our London office, offering the flexibility to work remotely alongside in‑person teamwork.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising high‑quality WordPress websites that are fast, secure, and user‑focused. Working closely with designers, project managers, and other developers, you’ll turn ideas into well‑crafted digital experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing custom WordPress themes and plugins
- Maintaining and enhancing existing WordPress sites
- Translating designs and requirements into clean, efficient code
- Ensuring performance, security, scalability, and accessibility best practices
- Troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing technical support
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience building custom themes and plugins (not just page builders)
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility
