The Role

We are looking for a Web Designer to join our team. You will play a central role in shaping user-centred, conversion-focused websites for well-known organisations. • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs
  • Apply and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
  • Contribute to UX thinking, accessibility, and usability best practice
  • Present and justify design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and performance insights

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience as a web or digital designer, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating website design, UX thinking, and visual quality
  • Excellent understanding of responsive design and modern web standards
  • Experience designing for WordPress or other CMS-driven websites
  • Working knowledge of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and usability
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure, deadlines, and commercial objectives
  • Clear communicator who works well in multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for education, charity, or professional services sectors
  • Familiarity with CRO principles and performance-led design
  • Understanding of how design supports SEO and digital marketing
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems

What We Offer

  • Fully remote working within the UK
  • A collaborative, insight-led culture with real ownership and autonomy
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
  • Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact digital projects
  • A supportive team environment that values clarity, quality, and results

Requirements
