What you will work on

The Senior Functional Consultant will join one of theProject Teams responsible for thesuccessful & timely implementation of the UMAX solution at our customers’ premises in the UK.
The role is UK based and requiresrelevant ERP implementation experience within Utilities or Telco .

UMAX is the brand name of our software solution for water and energy utilities. It automates their business processes and enables them to better engage with their customers. UMAX is a cloud-based solution, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

As our Senior Functional Consultant, you…

• Are thelink between Business and IT .
• Managecustomer expectations , andtranslate Business & Functional requirements into application solutions.
• Attendworkshops & meetings with the customer onsite.
• Follow up on testing and guaranteequality of the solution.
• Contribute to thefurther evolution of the Itineris standard UMAX solution.
• Takeownership of the assigned modules in the project andinteract with other team members (Functional Solution Architect, Developers, Testers…).
• Collaborate closely with theProject Manage r andService Delivery Consultants .
• Participate in the projectprogress meetings and proactively identify risk areas .
• Apply your expertise to deliverhigh quality consulting services to new and existing customers.
• Continuouslydevelop and extend your knowledg e within the Utility market, andtransfer knowledge to other colleagues.

What you bring

• Strong analytical skills (master’s degree or equivalent through experience).
• At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Functional Consultantin the context oflarge, complex ERP/CRM project implementations .
• Relevant experience within Utilities or Telco
• Expert inidentifying business requirements and has an excellentunderstanding of customers’ business processes .
• Experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 is a \’plus\’.
• Knowledge ofPowerApps , Common Data Services, Project Automate, MS Forms pro,… is a \’plus\’.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Willing totravel – depending on the project implementation phase – to the client (Reading area).
• A dynamicteam player with trueproblem-solving mentality.
• Hands-on , likes totake initiatives and isdriven by quality .
• 100%customer oriented andadapts swiftly to fast-paced and quickly changing environments.
