- Strong portfolio demonstrating website design, UX thinking, and visual quality
- Excellent understanding of responsive design and modern web standards
- Experience designing for WordPress or other CMS-driven websites
- Working knowledge of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and usability
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Ability to balance creativity with structure, deadlines, and commercial objectives
- Clear communicator who works well in multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with CRO principles and performance-led design
- Understanding of how design supports SEO and digital marketing
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
What We Offer
