What you will work on
As our Functional Consultant CE, you…
- are responsible for implementing CE solutions supporting various domains such as sales, marketing, customer service, and field service to ensure efficient and effective operations
- facilitate requirements gathering workshops and collaborate closely with customers
- work shoulder-to-shoulder with project teams and clients
- translate business and non-functional requirements into solutions
- configure and expand core functionalities using Power Platform components
- verify solutions to ensure quality
- document solutions thoroughly
- contribute to key user training sessions
- expand your knowledge of the Utility market and share insights with colleagues
- help grow our CE capabilities and UMAX product offerings
- maintain a customer-oriented approach, valuing collaborative working styles
- eagerly learn about Utilities sector-specific business processes
- possess at least 2 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
