Per i nostri progetti nel Centro e Sud Italia, stiamo cercando un/a Responsabile Cost Control che si occuperĂ di gestire il processo di pianificazione e controllo dei costi industriali legati alla realizzazione delle opere, con particolare focus sulla rilevazione dei costi diretti e indiretti relativi alla commessa. Inoltre, avrĂ il compito di analizzare gli scostamenti tra preventivi e consuntivi e proporre eventuali azioni correttive di miglioramento dei risultati.
Nello specifico si occuperĂ di:
- Coordinare il processo di preventivazione semestrale, assicurando l’aggiornamento puntuale di incidenze e costi unitari, l’allineamento del preventivo al programma lavori ed allo schema subappalti aggiornato e la predisposizione del relativo reporting.
- Verificare la consuntivazione mensile ed effettuare l’analisi degli scostamenti rispetto al preventivo.
- Evidenziare gli scostamenti tra il preventivo corrente, i preventivi d’offerta e successivi.
- Collaborare con il Controllo di Gestione al fine di fornire i dati necessari per il budgeting, cash flow, sviluppo piani finanziari, investimenti etc.
- Fornire al Controllo di Gestione i dati e la reportistica necessaria all’attività di valutazione dell’andamento economico della commessa.
- Fornire alla commessa le informazioni sulla programmazione “a venire” delle risorse (materiali, manodopera e subappalti).
Requisiti:
- 5+ anni di esperienza maturata nel ruolo di Cost Controller nel settore infrastrutturale/edilizio
- Diploma da Geometra/Laurea in Ingegneria
- Conoscenza di SAP e STR Vision saranno considerate un plus
Completano il profilo:
- CapacitĂ di gestione delle emergenze.
- DisponibilitĂ alla mobilitĂ .
