The Role:

We’re looking for an exceptionally bright, driven, and detail-obsessed Recruitment Coordinator to join a People & Talent function at a critical moment in their growth journey. With headcount set to scale from 150 to over 1,000 in the next three years, you will be at the heart of one of the most exciting expansion stories in UK tech. This is a fully on-site role in Newcastle, working Monday–Friday alongside world-class engineers, product leaders, and commercial innovators.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas
  • Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a seamless hiring process
  • Working closely with senior leadership across Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations
  • Helping to build and sharpen hiring processes as the company scales
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional first impression to every candidate
  • Supporting talent operations, tracking metrics, and optimising recruitment systems
  • Contributing to strategic talent projects as the business expands
