We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with at least 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in tech, capable of partnering with senior technical leadership, scaling hiring operations, and shaping the organisation's future. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newcastle, Monday–Friday.

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including Tech
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Drive data-led recruitment strategies to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Create employer branding initiatives and strategic TA projects
  • Participate in workforce planning and broader People strategy discussions

Exceptional academic background (strong degree or equivalent, outstanding academic results) ~3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, ideally within engineering or product-led tech environments.

Proven experience designing and implementing scalable talent processes.

Ability to build, manage, and convert long-term talent pipelines.

A central role in building the TA function of one of the UK’s fastest-scaling tech companies.
