What You’ll Do
As the SharePoint / Office 365 Developer (AVP), you will:
- Develop modern Office 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, SPFx or ReactJS
- Drive adoption of SharePoint and Office 365 across the bank
- Lead and contribute to technical design sessions and code reviews
- Collaborate with Architecture and Development teams to define best practices
- Support operational teams and ensure smooth delivery across environments
- Enhance performance, scalability, and security across applications
- Support rollout of new tools improving the bank’s development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure and OS-level issues
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, change management and governance standards
What You Bring
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365 apps, and development using PowerApps, Power Automate, SPFx or React
- Understanding of Agile delivery and enterprise engineering practices
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Bonus: T-SQL, PL/SQL scripting knowledge for data analysis and extraction
- Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with teams across London, New York, and beyond
