We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Platforms & Operations) to lead the delivery of a major business and technology transformation programme within a Wealth Management environment.

This role will be responsible for coordinating delivery across Wealth Proposition, Operations, Technology and Platform workstreams, ensuring successful execution from planning through to launch and post-go-live support.

  • Must have proven Project Management experience delivering change programmes within Wealth Management.
  • Minimum 7+ years' Project Management experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset & Wealth Management or Financial Services.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex business, operational and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience delivering projects involving wealth platforms, core banking systems, CRM solutions, client servicing platforms and workflow technologies.
  • Experience owning and managing integrated project plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of how business and operational requirements translate into technology and platform solutions.
  • Proven ability to bridge business, operations and technology teams, ensuring alignment of objectives, priorities and deliverables.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers, platform vendors and external stakeholders.

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across Wealth Proposition, Operations and Technology workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, ensuring alignment across all project dependencies and milestones.

  • Ensure effective governance and decision-making processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain programme timelines.

Desirable

  • Experience working on platform migrations, operating model transformations or wealth platform implementations.
  • Experience supporting product launches or new wealth propositions.
  • Knowledge of client onboarding, servicing, investment operations, adviser workflows and wealth management operating models.
  • Relevant project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM or equivalent).
