This high-impact role sits at the heart of the company's growth and organisational development. Ithaca Energy is a leading independent operator in the UK North Sea at a key stage of its evolution, having built significant scale through organic investment and transformational growth.
Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, the successful candidate will own corporate compliance frameworks and drive their ongoing development across areas including governance, code of conduct & ethics, whistleblowing, gifts and hospitality, KYC, counterparty due diligence and related internal controls.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, the candidate will embed a culture that sees governance and controls as enablers, not barriers, to effective, well-governed business. The role is ideal for individuals with strong experience in corporate compliance and internal controls in a regulated environment, combined with credibility, judgement and pragmatism to operate effectively in a visible, hands-on capacity.
