Ithaca Energy is partnering with Boyden to appoint a Compliance & Internal Controls Lead, a high-impact role at the heart of the company's continued growth and organisational development. Join one of the leading independent operators in the UK North Sea at a particularly important stage in its evolution.
Ithaca has built significant scale through a combination of organic investment and transformational growth, and this role will play a key part in ensuring the business continues to operate within a strong, proportionate and business-aligned compliance and internal controls framework.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of corporate compliance frameworks and their ongoing development across areas including governance, code of conduct and ethics, whistleblowing, gifts and hospitality, KYC, counterparty due diligence and related internal controls.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to embed a culture in which governance and controls are seen as an enabler of an effective, well-governed business.
- Support the development of Ithaca’s corporate compliance agenda and deliver tangible impact on business operations.
