The Private Pharmacy, an ITH Group company, are looking for a positive and hardworking person to join our dispensing team. We are a busy online pharmacy dispensing controlled medications daily.

The role: To assist the dispensing team with various duties to include answering phone calls, dealing with telephone and online queries, preparation for dispatch, assisting with packing of orders, liaising with clients and end users, as well as general pharmacy tidying and disposal of rubbish in accordance with pharmacy procedures.

Duties will include:

  • Providing customer service support to our service providers and end users
  • Dealing with queries in conjunction with duty pharmacist operations team
  • Ensuring an adequate supply of packaging is available for the daily orders.
  • Unpacking orders as they arrive and disposing of any packaging.
  • Assisting with stock rotation and order stocking as required by the pharmacist.
  • Assisting the dispensing team with dispatch of daily orders.
  • Assisting with the packaging and dispatch of medical equipment.

You will be: Able to work on your own initiative, hard working and have excellent communication skills as well as being fully IT literate. Previous pharmacy experience would be desirable.
