Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Sie verantworten die Analyse, Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Zollprozesse im internationalen Umfeld und stellen deren effiziente Abbildung in unserer System- und Toollandschaft (insbesondere SAP und Zoll Plattform) sicher.
- Sie übersetzen fachliche Anforderungen aus dem Business in skalierbare digitale Lösungen und treiben im Rahmen einer Systemumstellung aktiv die Integration und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse voran.
- Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Digitalisierung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Zollprozessen und identifizieren kontinuierlich Verbesserungspotenziale entlang der End‑zu‑End‑Prozesse.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen, IT sowie internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen und agieren als Sparringspartner*in für strategische und operative Fragestellungen.
