- Working cross-functionally to ensure consistency and alignment across solutions
- Enabling and coaching citizen developers to unlock wider digital capability
- Making design decisions that drive long-term scalability and sustainability
- Guiding colleagues and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital standards and practices
What skills and experience you’ll bring

- Knowledge of application lifecycle management, environments, and deployment practices
- Awareness of security, access control, and data governance principles
- A proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building reusable components or integrations (e.g. custom connectors, PCFs, or automation solutions)
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or data-driven environments
- Familiarity with IoT or real-time/event-driven data processing
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure and/or Power Platform)
What’s on offer
- 26 days annual leave with the option to buy up to 10 and sell up to 5
- Up to 10% matched pension contributions
- BUPA Private Medical
- Bonus & Share Save Scheme
- Free to use on-site gym
