Join our ITG creative team dedicated to one of the UK’s leading premium food retailers. This is a dynamic, hybrid role where you’ll collaborate across home working, ITG offices, and client sites. We’re looking for a conceptually driven designer who can bring ideas to life across multiple channels while staying true to brand guidelines. You’ll have a strong grasp of emerging design trends, generative AI, and brand storytelling—and a passion for crafting beautifully executed creative.
Experience in retail is essential, along with an understanding of how digital and in‑store experiences connect to form a seamless customer journey. You’ll be confident presenting your thinking, articulating the rationale behind your ideas, and engaging in constructive creative debate. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with fellow creatives, operations teams, and client‑side design leads. A proactive mindset and a positive, team‑focused approach will set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:- Design: Create compelling, effective concepts and designs across a variety of channels, including print, digital, social, and in‑store environments. You should have an impressive eye for detail and be passionate about craft.
- Collaboration: Partner with ITG colleagues and client teams to deliver cohesive creative that supports the brand’s marketing strategy and commercial goals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Time Management: Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet agreed deadlines and budget expectations, communicating proactively if challenges arise.
- Process & Efficiency: Work in line with established workflows—accurately estimating time, meeting deadlines, and completing timesheets as required.
