We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Quality Analyst to review and validate CMS content against client briefs, defined standards, templates and quality checklists. This role is responsible for ensuring content across the client websites is accurate, consistent, accessible and ready for publication across digital platforms. You will work closely with content authors, editors, client stakeholders and third-party partners to identify issues, resolve defects and improve content quality processes. You will help to raise content quality standards over time through better guidance, training and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review CMS content against client briefs, defined quality standards, templates and checklists before publication
  • Check content for structure, copy accuracy, links, images, tagging, localisation and basic accessibility requirements
  • Identify, log and track content defects, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Work closely with authors, editors and client stakeholders to correct issues and maintain publishing standards
  • Support end-to-end testing across key content and integration touchpoints
  • Monitor issues, test failures and recurring issues, escalating where required and supporting root cause resolution
  • Provide first-line support for content and platform-related queries
  • Advise internal teams and third parties on content and quality standards
  • Maintain tracking documentation and provide updates on project status, issues and progress
  • Identify recurring quality trends and contribute to improvements in templates, training materials and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Experience reviewing digital or CMS content against quality standards, templates or checklists
  • Able to work on a hybrid basis, with 2 days per week at our Head Office in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, errors and defects quickly and accurately
  • Good understanding of content quality assurance principles and best practice
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
  • Understanding of basic accessibility, localisation and responsive web content considerations
  • Ability to gather and analyse information, prioritise issues and manage multiple tasks or projects at once
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with internal teams and third-party partners
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines
