As a
Provider Growth Specialist at Iterative Health, you will drive the expansion of our national clinical research network by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with independent physician practices and healthcare organizations.
You will own outbound prospecting and partnership development, generating qualified opportunities that grow Iterative Health's provider network.
This is a high-impact, sales-focused role ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, creating new opportunities, and delivering measurable growth.
Success will be measured by your ability to develop a strong pipeline and convert qualified provider partnerships into active members of the Iterative Health network.
Must have experience in outbound sales and lead generation into a cardiology and/or GI practice.
- Where You’ll Drive Impact
- Identify and prospect independent physician practices, healthcare organizations, and strategic partnership opportunities within targeted markets to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Execute multi-channel outbound outreach through phone, email, Linked In Sales Navigator, conferences, and other engagement channels to develop relationships and qualify partnership opportunities.
- Manage the partnership sales process from initial outreach through qualification, stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and successful execution, driving providers to join Iterative Health's clinical research network.
- Gather and synthesize information on prospective partners, including organizational structure, leadership teams, research capabilities, and growth initiatives
- Support market mapping, target research, and strategic pipeline development activities
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and outreach tracking
- Monitor outreach activity, sourcing metrics, and opportunity progression
- Represent Iterative Health professionally in interactions with physicians, healthcare executives, and strategic partners
- Contribute market insights and competitive intelligence to support growth strategy discussions
- Perform other tasks as assigned
What You Bring to the Team
- 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation into a cardiology and/or GI practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging external stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment
- Intellectually curious with interest in healthcare strategy, partnerships, or corporate development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously
