Dawkes Music is looking for an experienced Woodwind Repair Technician to join the UK’s largest Repair Team. The Repair Team is proudly the beating heart of our business. Since our beginnings in 1966, Dawkes Music has been highly respected for repair expertise. We have a very busy, vibrant, and thriving department which is growing to meet the demands of increasing customer repairs and stock preparation.
A new addition to our team must be able to complete high quality work on a range of Woodwind instruments within a schedule and work pro-actively with others to achieve our collective responsibilities. Excellent customer service skills are also required as this role involves discussing repair solutions directly with end users, from new beginners to seasoned professionals.
