We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Partner Manager to support the day-to-day coordination and administration of our partner ecosystem across the UK & Ireland. This role is well suited to someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and is keen to learn more about technology partnerships in a professional services environment. The role has a strong administrative and operational focus and works closely with the Executive Head of Alliances and Sustainability to support partner engagement and internal processes. This is primarily a remote role, with an expectation to be in the London office 1-2 days per week and to attend partner meetings or events as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining our ecosystem of partners.
- Act as a day-to-day contact point and liaison for selected partners, focusing on operational coordination and ongoing engagement.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for engagement with larger partners such as SAP, AWS, and Microsoft.
- Coordinate partner meetings, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate partner records, documentation, and reporting information.
- Support the Executive Head of Alliances and Sustainability with partner-related tasks and activities.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure partner-related information is accurate and up to date.
- Attend partner meetings and events, including visits to partner offices (primarily in London).
- Support the use of AI tools and process improvements to increase efficiency in partner administration and reporting.
- Ensure timely and professional communication between internal teams and external partners.
