Job Summary
Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-site at Itec Swansea.
Salary band: £25,131-£27,316.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 16:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions using various teaching methods to engage, support and motivate learners to enhance their skills and progression opportunities.
- Develop creative lesson plans incorporating differentiated teaching styles and activities to ensure a quality learning experience.
- Plan and support the learner in their individual learning journey.
- Support learners to achieve their qualifications to a quality standard in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a tutor, trainer or mentor for young people.
- Previous experience working with NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) individuals.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification or degree equivalent.
- Good level of Math and English GCSE C, Level 5 or above.
- Ability to engage, motivate and support young people in a learning environment.
- Ability to plan lessons, assess learner progress and provide feedback effectively.
