About the role
To support the wider Apprenticeship Team by working directly with learners completing the Health and Social Care Core qualification during the early stages of their apprenticeship. The role is responsible for sustaining learner engagement, monitoring progress, keeping accurate records, and supporting timely completion of Core learning requirements.
Your Impact
- Responsible for managing a caseload of learners completing the Health and Social Care Core stage of their apprenticeship.
- Responsible for completing regular progress reviews to monitor learner progression and identify support needs.
- Accountable for reviewing progress against targets, identifying any obstacles, and providing ongoing support to overcome barriers and maintain learner engagement and momentum through their qualification.
- Responsible for liaising with employers to provide progress feedback and gain their support in promoting learner progression.
- Accountable for working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure learners remain on track during the initial stage of their apprenticeship.
- Responsible for administration tasks and data entry relating to learner progress, utilising a range of digital platforms such as Smart Assessor, Office 365, and Award Body systems.

- Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Experience in Health & Social Care role
- Welsh speaker
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship framework
- Safeguarding knowledge and understanding
