Key Responsibilities: In this exciting and varied role, you will: – Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to achieve apprenticeship start targets. – Promote and sell a full suite of Itec services, expanding our employer base and maximising levy utilisation. – Identify, engage, and win new clients while reigniting relationships with former accounts. – Plan and deliver strategic business development initiatives aligned with organisational goals. – Represent Itec at events, forums, and networks, enhancing our brand and reach. – Work closely with our dedicated mentors to ensure successful learner outcomes. – Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce and generate leads to fuel growth.
