Support Analyst - (PSTN, Telephony 325- 375pd Inside IR35 | Hybrid - London, to start asap, 6 month contract We are currently recruiting for a Support Analyst with PSTN experience to support a key telephony and infrastructure review programme across a large London-based organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a blend of technical IT knowledge, telephony experience and strong administrative skills who enjoys working across multiple sites and engaging with stakeholders to gather accurate technical information.
The Role You ll play a key role in reviewing and documenting PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) services across a portfolio of sites.
This will involve travelling to different locations to identify where telephone lines terminate, understand what they are used for, and document the associated equipment and connectivity.
Working closely with business users, site contacts and technical teams, you ll ensure accurate information is captured to support a wider telephony transformation programme.
