Are you a Senior Business Analyst who enjoys bringing structure to complex change? We're supporting a large, purpose-led organisation as they strengthen their enterprise change function and move through an important period of transformation. This is a role for someone who can combine strong hands-on business analysis with leadership, curiosity and constructive challenge.
You'll work across business and technology change, helping senior stakeholders turn complex problems into clear, practical and deliverable solutions. This is not a "take notes and document requirements" type of BA role. You'll be expected to question, shape, influence and bring clarity where things are ambiguous.
You'll lead analysis across transformation initiatives, facilitate workshops, map current and future state processes, define requirements, support solution design, assess business impact and help make sure change lands properly into BAU. You'll also play an important role in raising the standard of business analysis across the team, supporting and mentoring other BAs and helping to build more consistent ways of working.
This would suit someone who has worked in complex organisations where change is not always straightforward. You'll need to be comfortable with senior stakeholders, confident enough to challenge assumptions, and pragmatic enough to keep things moving.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading business analysis across enterprise change initiatives.
- Working across technology, operations, process and service improvement.
- Facilitating workshops with senior and operational stakeholders.
- Producing As-Is / To-Be process maps, gap analysis, impact assessments and Target Operating Models.
- Translating complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Supporting testing, business readiness and handover into BAU.
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting Business Analysts across the team.
- Helping improve BA standards, documentation, governance and ways of working.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst or similar.
- Experience delivering change across both business and technology environments.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively.
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design skills.
- Experience supporting or mentoring other Business Analysts.
- Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
- A practical, positive and resilient approach to complex change.
- Experience in healthcare, public sector, regulated environments or large-scale transformation would be useful, but it is not essential.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior BA who wants more ownership, more influence and the chance to help shape how change is delivered across a complex organisation.
