The Role

You'll play a key role in reviewing and documenting PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) services across a portfolio of sites. Working closely with business users, site contacts and technical teams, you'll ensure accurate information is captured to support a wider telephony transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document connected equipment, services and dependencies.
  • Engage with business users and site representatives to gather accurate information.
  • Record findings and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Support the wider telephony review and migration programme.

  • Good understanding of telephony technologies, with knowledge of PSTN is a must.
  • Networking knowledge including IP networking and patching.
  • Experience configuring or supporting IP phones.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administration and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
