itecopeople is seeking an experienced Lead Business Architect to join a major transformation function as a Business Architect Design Partner. You will shape enterprise-wide change, design Target Operating Models, service models and end-to-end business processes, and lead senior stakeholder workshops before delivery begins.
You will work with Directors and Executive Sponsors to define challenges, align business design with Digital, Data and Delivery teams, and help establish Business Architecture.
