Are you passionate about IT Support and eager to make a significant impact? Our client, with decades of experience, is looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance business operations.
A passion for IT with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience in an IT Support Role (Minimum 2-3 Years).
Key Responsibilities:- Experience of PC operating systems and Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Microsoft Dynamics knowledge would be an advantage, although not essential
- On-site and remote support
- Active Directory
- Anti-Virus
- Installation of software to desktops and laptops
- Support for On-Prem and Cloud
- Technical document upgrades
- IT escalations
- Remote monitoring alerts
- Windows 10 – Office 365 Administration
- Diagnosis of hardware technical issues
