Location: Office-based - Gloucestershire

Salary: Circa £26,500 to £30,000 depending on experience + pension

Are you passionate about IT Support and eager to make a significant impact? Our client, with decades of experience, is looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance business operations.

A passion for IT with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience in an IT Support Role (Minimum 2-3 Years).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience of PC operating systems and Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Microsoft Dynamics knowledge would be an advantage, although not essential
  • On-site and remote support
  • Active Directory
  • Anti-Virus
  • Installation of software to desktops and laptops
  • Support for On-Prem and Cloud
  • Technical document upgrades
  • IT escalations
  • Remote monitoring alerts
  • Windows 10 – Office 365 Administration
  • Diagnosis of hardware technical issues
