Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team in Cornwall. This hands-on role is key to ensuring the continued performance, efficiency, and safety of asset-managed renewable energy installations across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial PV systems
- Monitor and review system performance via online platforms on a rota basis, including weekend coverage
- Diagnose, record, and respond to system faults and performance issues using a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Provide technical feedback and insight to enhance ongoing site performance
- Complete daily job reports and maintain accurate records of work completed
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience working on commercial PV systems
- Methodical, accurate, and process-driven mindset
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient with IT systems and software tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work across the UK, including evenings and weekends
