As a Change Manager you will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives delivered through projects meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. Your focus is the people side of change, including processes, systems, technology, job roles and organisational structures. You will create and implement change management approaches that realise business benefits and coach senior leaders to fulfil their role as change sponsors. You will champion change management, build stakeholder relationships, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and articulate business needs to project teams using project lifecycle knowledge.

You require at least 5 years of change management experience, preferably within a social housing environment, excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation.
