Business Analyst.

Permanent | Remote-first | c. £55,000 per annum | UK-based We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support business and service design across a major change portfolio.

This is a role within Social Housing so the initial focus will be primarily within the property space, including asset management, asset compliance, repairs, maintenance and wider property services.

Future work may also extend into care, finance and HR.

This role would suit someone with experience in social housing, local authority housing, property services, care, Care Tech, CRM-enabled change or another highly regulated public sector or service environment.

The role.

You will provide the analysis, structure and evidence needed to shape better services, clearer requirements and successful transformation delivery.

Working with business design partners, programme teams, operational SMEs, digital, data and change colleagues, you will help ensure future-state designs are grounded in operational reality, user needs, business outcomes and the Target Operating Model.

This is not simply a requirements-gathering role.

You will need to understand complex services, engage stakeholders, map processes, model data and information flows, and turn insight into clear, practical design artefacts.
