We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an initial 3-month contract with a leading organisation within the Housing Association sector. This is a remote-first opportunity, although candidates must be willing to attend client sites in London or near Leeds as required.

The Role

You will work closely with operational and technology teams to support key business change initiatives focused on the property and housing management function. The successful candidate will have strong sector knowledge and be confident engaging with stakeholders across repairs, compliance, asset management, and property services.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within the Housing Association sector
  • Strong understanding of the property side of housing associations

    • Location: Remote first, with occasional travel to London or near Leeds
    • Rate: Circa £425 per day
    • IR35 Status: Outside IR35
