We are looking for an Office Manager to join our London team. This role is primarily focused on office operations, structure, and day-to-day organisation, with executive support responsibilities embedded into the role. It’s well suited for someone early-to-mid in their career who enjoys creating order, being hands-on, and becoming a trusted support partner over time.
Responsibilities- Own the day-to-day running of the London office and ensure everything operates smoothly
- Manage office logistics: supplies, vendors, facilities, access, meeting rooms, visitors
- Coordinate office-related budgets, invoices, and basic admin
- Support onboarding of new joiners (office setup, access, first-day coordination)
- Help bring structure and energy into the office through simple routines, organisation, and internal initiatives
- Support internal events, team meetings, and ad-hoc office activities
- Support the CEO with diary scheduling and meeting coordination
- Assist with inbox management and basic correspondence
- Book business travel and manage logistics when required
- Prepare simple meeting materials, agendas, and notes
- Track follow-ups and ensure agreed actions are not forgotten
- Experience in an Office Manager, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling office responsibilities alongside executive support tasks
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Proactive mindset — you notice issues and fix them before they escalate
- Comfortable working on-site Monday–Friday in a London office
- Able to adapt in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Confident using Google Workspace and Slack
