Salary: £24,500 - £26,700
Location: covering Neath, Port Talbot & Swansea
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–16:30
Your impact
- Identify, engage, and recruit new learners to the Itec Jobs Growth Wales + programme.
- Use various techniques (sales, business development, marketing) to attract new learners.
- Establish new business partnerships and maximise existing relationships for learner opportunities.
- Actively sell and endorse Itec training products and services to attract learners.
- Drive new learner generation through calls, networking, digital activities, and community outreach.
- Build effective relationships with schools and community-based venues to attract learners.
- Build strategic relationships with Centre Leads and Learner Coaches to ensure seamless learner transitions.
What are we looking for?
Essential
- Experience working with young people and/or being passionate about making a difference.
- Strong and relevant knowledge of local networks.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
- Full driving licence with use of own vehicle.
Desirable
- Experience within Post 16 Education or youth-based organisations.
