Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 16:30pm.

Responsibilities
- Generate apprenticeship starts with new and existing clients through sales visits, appointments, presentations, networking, mailâshot activities, telephone sales, cold calling and followâup on leads.
- Work with the Business Account Manager to formulate account plans for designated clients, setting targets for customer satisfaction, retention, and future sales growth.
- Take full ownership of clients from lead generation through to apprentice start and development into key account management.
- Achieve business profile requirements and sales targets in line with contractual requirements and key performance indicators.
- Deal with speculative calls, new enquiries, aftercare and client service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Support clients in planning recruitment and training strategy, including enrolment, launch events and induction.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure all paperwork for apprentice signâup is completed, compliant and facilitates effective starts.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a targetâdriven commercial environment.
- Sales experience and teleâsales experience.
- Networking skills.
- Presentation and report writing skills.
- Experience in client relationships management, customer service or sales.
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
